CANCELLATION POLICY

If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, we would be grateful if you could give a minimum of 48 hours notice, so we have the opportunity to book in another client.

Cancellation Fees:

Apponitments in a course of treatment will be lost if there is no valid reason or within 24 hours of being cancelled.

All missed apponitments will incur a 50% payment fee if cancelled on the day and some treatments will require (such as a course)  payment in full or 50% of the treatment total.
